  2. Pricing and Payment: a. The pricing for our car detailing services will be provided to you upon request or through our website. b. Payment for services is due upon booking of the detailing service and can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or any other agreed-upon payment method.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. b. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.

  4. Vehicle Condition: a. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in good working condition and free from any hazardous materials or personal belongings before availing our services. b. We are not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

  5. Liability and Insurance: a. We strive to provide high-quality detailing services, but we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during or after the service due to pre-existing vehicle conditions, manufacturer defects, or unforeseen circumstances. b. We recommend that you remove any valuable items from your vehicle before the detailing service, as we do not carry liability for their loss or damage.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee: a. We take pride in our work and strive for customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with our detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the matter.

  7. Privacy Policy: a. We collect and store personal information necessary for providing our services. This information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found in our footer or provided upon request.

  8. Modification of Terms: a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
