1. Which types of vehicles do you detail?

2. Where is your service located?

We make our services easily accessible to anybody by offering Mobile Eco-Friendly Rinse-less Exterior Detailing. This means our service can be done on your lawn, in your garage, or anywhere else you'd like it done with minimal to no run-off.
3. How often should I have my car detailed?

The frequency of auto detailing depends on several factors, such as how often you use your vehicle, local weather conditions, and personal preference.

If you are looking to combat vehicle depreciation from abrasive debris, and corrosion, we recommend having your vehicle detailed once every other month.
4. What does a typical detailing service include?

This is all dependent on if you'd prefer interior detail, exterior detail, or a full detailing experience.

Your typical exterior detailing services will include hand washing all outer surfaces, scratchless removal of decontaminating heavy metal build-up and road debris, drying, and polishing the exterior metal surfaces, trim, and wheel beds.

An interior detail will include services such as the deep cleaning of all interior cabinetry, storage, cupholders, and crevices. We will vacuum and dust all surfaces of the interior, scrub down every console area, and sanitize all surfaces. Then we will condition and protect every type of upholstery or leather material from the seats to the floor to any overhead upholstery. Following that, we clean the glass and mirrors, and polish metal surfaces.

Any full detailing package that you choose will include interior and exterior services, specific to which type of vehicle you have and what your needs may be.
5. How long does the detailing process take?

The duration of the detailing process varies depending on the size of the vehicle and the services required.

While booking, our quoted time statements do not reflect every job, they are average estimates and are subject to vary depending on factors such as location, accessibility, and special project requirements.

We work hard to make sure that the needs of every project are met, no matter how daunting. After booking, we will call to confirm your appointment, and we will give you an adjusted time estimate if any is required, depending on the specific needs that you may have.
6. What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality cleaning products that are specifically designed for auto-care. We pride ourselves in using an Eco-Friendly approach to detailing. Our use of Optimum No Rinse for all exterior washing and contamination removal serves to create a chemical-run-off-free experience for our ecosystem.

For interior services, we use biodegradable products with essential oils, natural herbs, and fruit-based ingredients to clean leather, vinyl, upholstery, and plastics. We then use a few chemical-based formulas to ensure plastic, glass, and upholstery protection. Following that, we use a liquid extraction technique to properly dispose of any soap or mold removal products we use to clean your interior.

We incorporate Meguires Quik Wax for exterior waxing, Woody Wax metal polishing spray, Purple Power fiberglass degreaser, Car Guys trim and plastic restoring compound, and various other cleaning and conditioning products for the interior.
7. Are your cleaning products safe for my car's paint and upholstery?

Yes, all of our cleaning products are safe and gentle on your vehicle's paint and upholstery. We pride ourselves on using Highly Recommended Products in the industry, while also using an Eco-Friendly detailing approach for ecosystem preservation and water conservation.

Yes, we offer subscription pricing options for detailing services. If you are a regular service user, it's a great way to save money and ensure your car or boat maintains its aesthetic and functional appeal.

The benefits of subscribing to our detailing services include lower prices, scheduled maintenance, and priority service.
11. Can I customize my subscription plan to fit my needs?

Yes, you can customize your subscription plan to fit your needs. In order to create a custom plan, you will need to give us a call at 262-433-0400, or email our Subscription Director at: noah@gogomobiledetail.com.

Our subscriptions available are full-service plans for regular maintenance.
12. How do I cancel or modify my subscription plan?

When you purchase a subscription plan, you are subscribing to 12 months of expert service. If you have not yet used any of your sessions, we can issue you a full refund. Otherwise, once you have used part of the package, you are required to pay the full amount. If there are drastic circumstances, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you.
13. Is there a contract or commitment required for subscribing to your services?

Each subscription is a 12-month commitment. With this commitment to our services, we will do absolutely everything to ensure your happiness and provide unmatched value.

15. Do you provide any warranty or satisfaction guarantee for your services?

Yes, we provide a satisfaction guarantee for all of our services. If you are not satisfied with the work we have done, we will do our best to evaluate your specific concerns and expectations to determine if we have met our promises to you. If the listed requirements of your desired service were not met by our staff, we will address your concerns and contact you with a plan regarding a touch-up, or a partial refund.
